Products. Our pieces are original text-based art, printed and framed to order by our production partners. Colors and materials may vary slightly from on-screen previews.

Orders and payment. Prices are listed in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing or listing errors; if we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

Returns and refunds. Handled per our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property. All artwork, text, and designs are original works of JestersBrush and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print does not convey any reproduction or commercial rights.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Updates. We may revise these terms from time to time; the version posted when you order applies to that order.
