Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Each piece is made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, and transit typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates and any free-shipping offers are shown at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to our production facility because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped, and a new shipping charge may apply.

Because production starts quickly, orders usually cannot be changed or canceled after 24 hours. If you need to update an address or cancel, email curator@jestersbrush.com as soon as possible and we will try to catch it in time.
